Bumped on jumping away. Questioned re performance - jockey expressed disappointment in the performance but was unable to offer any tangible explanation. Jockey indicated mare would now be sent for a spell. Trainer stated mare appeared to race flat today and as such would monitor its progress following the race before deciding whether to give it a freshen up or send it for a spell.
