A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant abnormalities other than a small abrasion to the off hind leg consistent with being galloped on.

After passing the 1600m commenced to over-race and when being restrained, shifted out abruptly. As a consequence, the mare proved difficult to settle. Near the 1300m when over-racing, shifted in and bumped the running rail and continued to over-race and had to be restrained from the heels of SOLSPEIL on a number of occasions for a short distance approaching and passing the 1200m.
