Tightened for room and steadied nearing the 400m. Inquiry re performance. Apprentice Orman stated after beginning awkwardly and bumping the barriers, the horse hung out and was unable to cross inside runners. He added that it weakened from the home turn and proved disappointing. He noted the horse was sweating badly pre race, which may have affected its performance. Trainer S. Kendrick agreed that its pre-race behaviour could have affected its performance, adding it would now be sent for a spell. Vetted with no abnormalities reported.
