Rider said the horse jumped very awkwardly and made heavy contact with the barrier partition and as a result was positioned at the tail of the field. He added that when attempting to improve into the race from the 600m the horse did not quicken and in his view did not travel comfortably at any stage of the race and was extremely disappointing over the concluding stages. Tnr's representative was unable to offer any explanation for the performance. Vetted and found to be making upper respiratory noise. Must trial competitively and endoscopic exam results req'd before racing again.
