When asked to comment on the performance of the horse jockey B. Stewart reported the horse travelled comfortably throughout the race, however was disappointing when asked for an effort in the home straight. He indicated the stable would be giving consideration to sending the horse for a spell. Trainer C. Anderson advised he was somewhat disappointed with the overall performance and that the horse would now be sent for a spell.

A post race veterinary examination, which finished a distant last, failed to reveal any significant abnormalities. Connections indicated following the disappointing performance they would consider the horse’s immediate racing future.
