Pulled up very quickly after passing the winning post. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the horse to have strained the off fore tendon. Connections were advised that they must provide a veterinary clearance for the horse prior to starting again. Trainer K. Purdy indicated that the horse would more than likely be retired from racing.
