After passing the 400m when placed under pressure laid in badly, placing its rider at a disadvantage. Returned to scale with blood in both nostrils. As this was the first occasion the mare has bled, it will now be barred from racing for a period of 3 months, and must gallop 1000m before stewards prior to its next race start.

Griffin indicated that after beginning awkwardly the horse was unable to race on the pace and, in his opinion, this had a detrimental effect on the overall performance. He further added he did not feel the filly was comfortable in the rain-affected conditions.
