Galloped keenly during its preliminary and took control of its rider for a short distance. Inspected by the veterinary surgeon and cleared to start. Apprentice Z. White reported that her mount, after obtaining the lead, overraced badly and in her opinion this had a detrimental effect on the horse’s finishing effort.
