Smith, the rider of REAL ESTATE, was found guilty of a charge of careless riding under AR131(a) in that at that point he allowed his mount to shift in when insufficiently clear of SECRET SITES. Jockey Smith’s licence to ride in races was suspended for 10 days, to commence at midnight Sunday 15 September and expire at midnight Wednesday 25 September 2019. Inconvenienced over the concluding stages.
