Rider questioned re tactics and overall performance. He said after being fractious in the barriers the filly led the event without being overly pressured. He said after RUBY RED HEART crossed to his outside, the filly was under pressure and approaching the home turn he felt he was on a beaten horse. He believed the horse made an abnormal respiratory noise during the event. Tnr could offer no excuse for the disappointing performance but would consider adding a tongue tie to the horse’s gear. Vetted, no abnormalities.
