Became loose in the tie up stall area prior to entering the enclosure before being recaptured. The gelding underwent a veterinary examination upon arriving at the barriers and was cleared to start. Momentarily crowded for room approaching the 400m when MISHANI BLOSSOM shifted out before being corrected by its rider, and shortly after became awkwardly placed at the heels of VERTICAL which laid in slightly and, as a result, THE TYLER clipped that runner’s heels and blundered.
