Slow to begin. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings other than some lacerations to the off hind leg. Trainer T. Sears indicated that in light of today’s performance the horse would be retired from racing. Stewards nonetheless advised Mr Sears that should his circumstances change the horse would be required to officially trial before racing again.
