Stewards questioned jockey T. Harrison and trainer Mr G. Hineman regarding the tactics adopted on the horse in that the horse raced on the speed in today’s race which was in contrast to the horse’s established racing pattern. Miss Harrison indicated it had not been her intention to lead, however after beginning well she allowed the horse to stride forward and cross horses to the inside. Trainer Mr G Hineman indicated he had instructed Miss Harrison to ride the horse where comfortable as she knows the horse’s racing pattern and was surprised the horse was in a forward position.
